those whose lives you have touched and whose have touched yours are always a part of you, even if the encounters were less than you would have wished. It is the content of the encounter that is more important than the form.

    Title :
    Time : 11:08 PM

It's been quite sometime since I take a train to school.

For this entire week, I've been taking public transport to school every morn'

    And I was people-watching again.

The morning rush was as usual. People rushing for train. Crowded. Packed. NO SEATS!

So, i started observing how people dress, behave and react.

I simple dun understand why Singapore girls do not take pride in themselves.

Don't they have any self respect?

Its a privilage to be a girl. Sorry, Lady i mean.

    Why ?

Because, we get to use cosmatics, even different kind of styles to dress in.

So why do these girls, ladies didn't even respect themselves by puttin on some make ups, or style their hair nicely?

Ironical thing is, i saw women wearing power suits. Meaning? They are required to meet clients. If not why bother wearing so nicely and smartly? Just wear a normal top or a typical office skirt/pants then. If they are going to meet their client in power suits, why they didn't even have a pinch of powder on their faces?

I mean, what is the point of dressing up so nicely whereby their face look like a zombie? Weird.

Also, I simply could not understand why people look like they've just waken up in train? Dont they bathe when they wake up in the morning? For godness sake, some really do look like they've jus waken up! And i mean, From Bed. Mind you

My mom just came back from Japan and she was telling me how nicely the girls there dressed. I heard the same from my boss when she told me about Italy and Spain. Same goes for Taiwan and Hong Kong too.

So my question is, " Why Singapore girls did not bother to beautify themselves?"

Walk down Orchard Road. You see girls dressing up in Jeans and T-shirt.
If you were to wear something really nice and different. People tend to stare at you.

I know. People gives excuses like, "harlow.. Singapore so hot. how to wear nicely?"
So how about people in Taiwan, Japan, Hongkong, Spain, Italy wear during summer?
    No excuse.

For school. If i put on my make up slightly thicker, i recieved stares from people.
    What is wrong?

BUT PLS.. NO 16 YR OLD TWITS. I HATE TWITS.

    GIRLS
PLS TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR OUTLOOK
